Private Pilates sessions are available in Vancouver and North Vancouver studios. All sessions are available in both English and Mandarin.

Classical Pilates Equipment

Services

Sessions are fully individualized to your body, goals, and movement experience. Your practice is guided by Classical Pilates and the Franklin Method®, so you build strength, awareness, and functional movement that lasts beyond the studio.

Sessions take place in fully equipped studios using Classical Pilates apparatus including the reformer, chair, tower and more.

Available in both English and Mandarin.

  • Private sessions provide fully individualized instruction tailored to your body, history, and goals.

    Through focused guidance and hands-on teaching, sessions develop strength, coordination, mobility, and a deeper understanding of how your body functions.

    Ideal for:

    • Beginners to Pilates

    • Injury recovery or pain management

    • Personalized progression

    • Deepening movement understanding

  • Semi-private sessions allow two clients to train together while still receiving individualized attention. Each participant follows a personalized program within a shared session, combining focused instruction with a collaborative environment.

    Ideal for:

    • Partners or friends

    • Clients comfortable sharing session time

    • Maintaining personalized guidance at a shared cost

  • Open Gym is a supervised independent workout designed for clients with an established exercise program. This is not a led class.

    Participants move through their own practice while receiving guidance and personalized corrections to refine technique, support safe movement, and develop greater independence.

    Ideal for:

    • Clients with prior instruction

    • Continuing personal practice

    • Building confidence working independently

    Participation requires prior instructor approval or an established program.
